Burrs Cabin is a huge house located on the Golf Course in Garden City Utah. It is the perfect property for family reunions and large gatherings. With its private tennis court, basketball court and outdoor playground, along with its indoor playground this is a family favorite in Bear Lake.
There are four floors in the property.
The main floor has a huge family room, fireplace, kitchen along with a few hidden beds. There 2 bedrooms. One with 1 queen and another with 1 queen and 1 bunk. The main floor has a giant fireplace and common room, game room and kitchen.
The middle upper floor has 3 bedrooms 2 of the rooms have a queen bed and one room has a queen. There is also an indoor playground. We are also adding 3 bunks to the indoor playground. There is one bathroom on this floor.
The upstairs host the main master bedroom with a king bed and two bunk beds along with 2 pull out queen couches and its own bathroom.
In addition to the master there are 2 additional rooms. Each has it own private bathroom and king beds.
Downstairs features another fireplace along with a pool table and huge projector tv and another kitchen. There are two bedrooms that have private bathrooms. Each room has a king and a sleeper queen sofa.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total rental will be charged if you cancel your reservation. If cancellation takes place less than 90 days before the reservation date and the Premises is not re-rented for the canceled rental period, then the entire deposit (50%) shall be forfeited. If the unit is re-rented, the deposit, less the 20% cancellation fee, will be refunded. Cancellations less than 14 days will be charged for the full rental amount. (No discounts for late arrival or early departure.)
*All reservation deposits made with a credit card are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee if refunded due to a cancellation, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. Any changes to a reservation after it has been made will incur a $25 change fee and can only be made 14 days before check-in.

Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of total balance is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the date of check-in. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to the stay the full amount will be due at the time of reservation.
