The Hideout combines two of the townhomes at Legacy Beach to create a unique space to be enjoyed by our guests. Within the hideout, you will find 2 levels of living. On the bottom level, you will find a large bunk room for the kids with a spacious living area and one large bathroom. There is a loft area above that bedroom that provides a wonderful play area for the kids. Upstairs you will find the kitchen that offers views of the beautiful Bear Lake water. On the second floor, you will find the Master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms and bathroom are also located on this level which also boasts a large dining area.

Guests receive access to Legacy Beach and all the amenities which include the following:
- Swimming Pool & Hot Tub. Hot tub is open year round. Swimming pool is open from Memorial Day - September 30th. Hour of operation are 10:00am - 10:00pm
- 24 hr access card to the gym located at the clubhouse
- Boat & Jet ski Valet. - Legacy Beach Staff will launch and pick up your watercraft during your stay. Guests must call 435-494-1663 to schedule launch and pick up time. Tipping the staff is recommended.
- Access to the Beach's of Bear Lake.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total rental will be charged if you cancel your reservation. If cancellation takes place less than 90 days before the reservation date and the Premises is not re-rented for the canceled rental period, then the entire deposit (50%) shall be forfeited. If the unit is re-rented, the deposit, less the 20% cancellation fee, will be refunded. Cancellations less than 14 days will be charged for the full rental amount. (No discounts for late arrival or early departure.)
*All reservation deposits made with a credit card are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee if refunded due to a cancellation, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. Any changes to a reservation after it has been made will incur a $25 change fee and can only be made 14 days before check-in.

Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of total balance is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the date of check-in. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to the stay the full amount will be due at the time of reservation.
