The upstairs of The Haven is where the other 4 bedrooms are located and where your nights will be spent enjoying movies, talks on the deck over looking the lake or just relaxing on the comfortable couches. One of the great features of this home is the dual master bedrooms. Upstairs you will enjoy a king bed with views of the lake in the master as well as a beautiful bathroom with a full tub and shower.

The Hideout combines two of the townhomes at Legacy Beach to create a unique space to be enjoyed by our guests. Within the hideout, you will find 2 levels of living. On the bottom level, you will find a large bunk room for the kids with a spacious living area and one large bathroom. There is a loft area above that bedroom that provides a wonderful play area for the kids. Upstairs you will find the kitchen that offers views of the beautiful Bear Lake water. On the second floor, you will find the Master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms and bathroom are also located on this level which also boasts a large dining area.

Guests receive access to Legacy Beach and all the amenities which include the following:

Within the Legacy Beach Resort this home sits directly to the east of the clubhouse and swimming pool so all you have to do is open the sliding glass doors to the patio and 25 steps later you will be enjoying the warm waters of the hot tub, overlooking the lake. It's also great to be able to sit on your deck overlooking the common grass area and be able to everything that is going on inside the resort and on the water of Bear Lake.

One of the many wonderful features of this home are the two large Master Suites with king beds and your own private master bathrooms. The kitchen is located on the main floor and is combined with the great room to offer a very spacious living area to enjoy each other company during your stay with us.

We created this floor plan with our guests in mind. Large open spaces for gatherings on both levels with a spacious great room on the main level and a beautiful loft overlooking the lake. Burrs Cabin is a huge house located on the Golf Course in Garden City Utah. It is the perfect property for family reunions and large gatherings. With its private tennis court, basketball court and outdoor playground, along with its indoor playground this is a family favorite in Bear Lake.

There are four floors in the property.

The main floor has a huge family room, fireplace, kitchen along with a few hidden beds. There 2 bedrooms. One with 1 queen and another with 1 queen and 1 bunk. The main floor has a giant fireplace and common room, game room and kitchen.


The middle upper floor has 3 bedrooms 2 of the rooms have a queen bed and one room has a queen. There is also an indoor playground. We are also adding 3 bunks to the indoor playground. There is one bathroom on this floor.

The upstairs host the main master bedroom with a king bed and two bunk beds along with 2 pull out queen couches and its own bathroom.

In addition to the master there are 2 additional rooms. Each has it own private bathroom and king beds.
